When Ordering, its a good idea to have back-up choices in regards to Colors, Sizes & occasionally Styles. We will notify you immmediately when an item(s) is unavailable or on Back Order. High Volume orders are eligible for discounts. Please call for details.

Payment
Please note that All orders must be PREPAID. Orders cannot be processsed until FULL PAYMENT & completed ARTWORK is submitted. First time customers are not eligible for Open Account status, no exceptions!! All NYS customers are subject to Sales Tax. Copies of Tax ID Certificates accepted. Call for details.

Payment Options:

In Person: Cash, US Postal Money Order, Personal Check,Business Check.

Online: Paying by Credit Card is only available Online. Once your order total is determined, we will issue you a "digital invoice" that we will EMAIL to you. Once you receive this notification, simply follow the secure link in the email, enter you Credit Card info & you're done. Your payment amount is then forwarded to our Bank Accounts. When it appears there, your order is ready to ship. Its that simple! Please contact us in advance to utilize this payment method. Please note that there is a mandatory 3% Credit Card Processing Fee for all Credir Card payments. All Personal Checks and/or Non-Cash transactions must clear BEFORE your order is processed and shipped.

Note: It is suggested that you use a TRACKABLE method when sending payment, such as
USPS Priority Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation, Fedex and/or UPS Envelopes, etc. Also, C.O.D.
(Payment on Shipper Delivery) is not available on finished orders.


Set Up Fees
There is a One Time Only Screen/Set Up fee that applies for each INK COLOR of every new design to be printed as part of your order. New order, new design, new screen & fee.

Example: Say your design uses RED and GREEN Ink, that will require 2 (two) separate Screen Fee(s). In the event of a Re-Order of the same printed design, those Screen Charges are waived. However, some of the fees listed below may apply to re-orders.

Note: All Screens are property of Underground Press & are NOT released to customers under any condition unless Screens are supplied by Customer under agreed, pre-existing conditions.

Ink Colors
All garments (as well as Stickers!) are Screen Printed with oil-based Plastisol Inks. Generally, you may request almost ANY ink color(s), however, it is suggested that you submit Pantone® Color swatches when requesting important Color Matches. Please note that though we pride ourselves in matching Inks to Swatches, it is physically impossible to EXACTLY match Color Swatches. They are used for refence only.

Specialty Ink: These include Metallic, Glitter, Puff, Suede, Glow-in-the-Dark Inks, etc.

Turnaround
The estimated turn-around time on each order (AFTER Camera-Ready artwork AND Full Payment is received - but BEFORE your order is shipped) are listed below:

Please note that that these times are EXTREMELY general and can vary depending on the complexity of the order and/or what printing schedules are at hand. We hate to say it, but the greatest delay in turnaround is usually due to improperly prepared artwork, procrastination & overall disorganization on the part of the customer. Almost 90% of delayed orders usually stem from customers not submitting Artwork or Payment properly or timely. Save time & do it right!

Rush Orders
Occasionally, realistic Rush Orders are available depending on the terms and/or our printing schedules at hand. Rush Orders must be requested & confirmed via Phone by an Underground Press rep. In some extreme cases, we've been known to turnaround an order
within 48 hours. But again, please try to pre-plan!


Shipping
All Shipping is paid (in full) by you, the CUSTOMER. All orders are shipped via Fedex Ground/Home Delivery unless otherwise specified. We will gladly ship your order 2-Day, 3-Day, Overnite (or any other method) at your request (additional costs will apply). Just remember NO COD's! Every shipment should contain an Invoice of your order, keep it for your records. Maximum weight limit per carton is approx. 70lbs. Occasionally, orders are split & packaged separatly, occasionally resulting in different delivery times and/or days!

Return Policy
Simply put, there is NO return policy. Underground Press specializes in custom printing, therefore we cannot accept returns once your order is started & especially when it is completed. We make every effort to offer proofs and/or mock-ups BEFORE we start your order - for you to confirm, thus avoiding almost any chance of conflict. However, if you do have a problem with your order/shipment, please call us with any unsatisfactory
